Yes. Basenote USA sells authentic designer and Middle Eastern perfumes sourced through established distribution channels.
What brands and fragrances do you carry?
We carry designer and Middle Eastern fragrances. Our selection changes with availability and new releases. If you are looking for a specific fragrance, contact us and we will help.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. Orders ship with tracking across the U.S.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Our tracked delivery covers the U.S. If you are outside the U.S., contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.
How do returns work?

What if my order arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the package and the product. We will review it and make it right.
